Terms & Conditions.
The rules of the road for using Track & Crack. Please read these before using our platform.
Effective date: April 24, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Track & Crack ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time -- continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
2. Description of service
Track & Crack is an AI-powered job application platform for candidates. You upload your CV, answer guided onboarding questions, and build a structured candidate profile. You can then paste a job link to get a fit score, a tailored CV, a cover letter, and draft answers to application questions. You can apply to jobs posted on Track & Crack, in which case the employer who posted the role sees your profile.
3. User accounts
To use the Service, you need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at hello@trackandcrack.co.
4. Your content and data
You own your data. Your CV, work history, chat messages, and any other content you provide remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and analyse your content for the purpose of providing the Service to you, including sharing your profile with an employer when you explicitly apply to a job they have posted on the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload is accurate and does not infringe on anyone else's rights. Do not upload content that is fraudulent, misleading, or that you don't have the right to share.
5. Account creation and profile
When you upload your CV or apply to a role through Track & Crack, a candidate profile is automatically created on our platform. This profile is built from the information in your CV and is used to provide you with fit scores, tailored CVs and cover letters, and the rest of the Service. By submitting your CV or applying to a role, you consent to this profile being created.
Employers using Track & Crack cannot browse or search candidates. Your profile is only shared with an employer if you explicitly apply to one of their posted jobs. See our Privacy Policy for details on what employers see when you apply.
You can request deletion of your profile and all associated data at any time through the settings page in the platform or by emailing hello@trackandcrack.co.
6. AI-generated content
Our Service uses AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) to analyse your CV, generate profile summaries, produce fit scores, and make suggestions. You should understand that:
- AI-generated fit scores, suggestions, and summaries are informational tools, not guarantees of employment or accuracy.
- You should review all AI-generated content about you and flag anything that is inaccurate.
- We do not guarantee that AI analysis will be error-free or that fit scores reflect actual hiring outcomes.
- AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional career advice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
- Upload false, fabricated, or misleading CV information.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying algorithms or models.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service without our written permission.
- Interfere with the Service's operation or overload our infrastructure.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and AI models integration, is owned by Track & Crack and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in our platform.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We are not liable for any employment decisions made based on AI-generated content, fit scores, or profile summaries.
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.
10. Billing and subscriptions
Track & Crack offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Pro and Unlimited) priced in EUR. Plans, pricing, and included usage limits are described on the pricing page.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly, depending on the plan you choose) until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to paid features until then. We do not refund partial billing periods.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may pause or downgrade your access to paid features until the issue is resolved. If we change prices, we will notify you at least 14 days before the change takes effect on your subscription.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU, including any applicable right of withdrawal.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you disagree with the updated terms, you may delete your account before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which Track & Crack is established. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
